How to extract PDF pages into one file

Save selected pages and control the order of the copy while keeping the original document intact.

One selection, one copy

Extraction creates a single PDF containing the pages you enter. Use it to send a chapter, keep a receipt or prepare a summary from scattered pages.

Omitted pages are excluded from the copy but remain in the original. To create a separate file for each block, use Split.

Pages, ranges and repetitions

1,3,7 selects three sheets; 2-5 includes pages 2, 3, 4 and 5; 1,3,7-9 combines both formats. The first physical sheet is 1, even if its printed number differs.

Your written order is preserved: 5,1,2 places page five first. The selection 1,2,2,3 repeats the second sheet.

  1. Load the PDF and check its total.
  2. Enter your selection with commas and hyphens, using existing page numbers.
  3. Create the copy and check its first and last pages.
  4. Verify repetitions and keep the original until you finish.

Compatibility and privacy

Processing takes place locally. An encrypted, damaged or very heavy file may not open.

Check interactive elements and signatures after copying pages. Extraction does not automatically update tables of contents or references written inside the document.
